We provide general IT support and service. As a team we've been in IT for a very long time.

We know Google Workspace really well, we know how to take care of your computers and servers you might have onsite. We know Linux and networking really well and can help with those types of systems.

We provide a mix of onsite and remote support using a flat-rate pricing structure.

We provide services on an hourly basis without subscription. But if you want a monthly service subscription, we can certainly talk about it.

We have a world of experience solving problems and meeting challenges with things we've never seen before.

We figure out how to integrate new stuff into what you already have.

We try to leverage the services, features, and capabilities already in your organization. We believe that buying "new stuff" should be a last resort - not the first response.

Buy new when it makes sense. Leverage what you have until it no longer works or is too inefficient.

We are persistent when figuring out problems but we also know when it's important to call in folks with more product or service specific knowledge.

We might be a good fit for you:

• If you have worked with other support companies and are tired of not reaching someone, paying monthly fees and not getting service, or anytime you call getting directed to buy more stuff, then you might be interested in our approach to providing support.

• If you have fewer than 50 employees and are already using Google Workspace or are interested in using it in your organization, then we very well might be able to offer you a good choice for local support.

• If you want to work with a team of well rounded, experienced, and outcome focused IT professionals, you may want to talk with us about your needs and environment.

• If you are looking for a company that is narrowly focused on one or two products or services that they also sell, we won't be a good fit. We don't resell anything.
